So, in my imported DAO playthrough, my warden romanced Morrigan, had an old God baby with her, and eventually followed her into the Eluvian. When I talked to her in DAI, she talked about the warden being her love and how their son misses him terribly and all that so I know the son exists and it is the right import. However, after finishing the game I looked into how other people's playthroughs went and there are some seemingly major things that didn't happen in my game.

For one, I never got a scene where I met Morrigan/Warden's son. I never saw him at all. She spoke of him, but I didn't get the scene that other people seemed to have gotten with him.

Secondly, my Inquisitor chose to drink from the Well of Sorrows, not Morrigan. However, when we met Flemeth she never took the old God baby's soul or whatever. My Inquisitor and Morrigan had a conversation with her that ended seemingly pleasantly and then she left. No mention of the OGB at all.

Is my game glitched or did I make some weird choice that prevented those things from happening? Did anyone else have anything similar happen to them? I'm just curious because every account I've read said that the OGB at least had a part in that scene with Flemeth and it seems weird that mine didn't.

Sounds like you got hit with a bug. You can check your save state in the Keep by going to World States, then Playthrough States. You can then make it editable and review what's been imported.

 

I had a similar bug, my imported Warden got switched to a generic Warden of the opposite gender. In your next game, a fix is to just swap out an imported Warden for a generic one of the same gender
