So Florianne is giving me some options for getting her cells.

 

Can anyone tell me whether Josephine or Leliana's option is the successful one?

I went with Lel, it worked out good. Though Florianne disppears/is presumed dead/hunted by the venatori for turning traitor.

Selecting Josephine (which is to say, fully trust Florianne) actually works out. The Inquisition pulls out just in time and the bad guys who took the bait get caught. You get 160 influence for this - which isn't much overall but is a colossal amount for a war table mission since most give 30, 60 at most.
