Only i never seem to get health back when I attack a boss.
It aslo spazzes out on normal mobs as well, has anyone else had it bug out on them?
Does Rampage work on bosses?

Yes, it's a common and well known bug .. I made a thread about it yesterday.
Even when it doesn't bug out, there are certain bosses it does not work against

I noticed this also a couple of times. I thought it was a bug with barrier + rampage but it seem to only happen during phase 5.
Kinda anoying bug since if u dont notice it fast enough you just kill yourself with your own basic attacks..
