I followed the instructions and logged on to masseffect.com entered my EA account and the codes where successful. I went to play the game and I entered the code and it says it was already taken. How the hell to I get it?

are you using the PC or XB version? Is your email address for the ea site and xbl the same?

I'm using Xbox and I followed the steps that came with the game. My emails are the same. If that was the PC instructions im going to be mad.

im using the xbox360 version im confused as well, the card says PC. I dont know if that matters. when i enter in the 360 it say invalid please help

Aye, its almost like they think it was the code for the PC version. It gives me a file. I DL it and and the file says I don't have ME2 installed on my PC. Which is no surprise as I don't HAVE ME2 PC.



Its bloody frustrating.

same issue for me too...im playing on the 360 but when i put the code in on my pc it says i can dl it for pc but not 360

One for the Terminus Armour and for the Ceberus Network. Armour doesn't show on Xbox Ceberus does but doesn't download.

you cant put the code in on xbox...plus the instructions say use a pc to input the codes

i know my code is for XBOX360...i work at the gamestop, WHy the He-- would i want to DOWNLOAD it on PC... EA really...Pull your fingers out of your bum, customer support is constantly lacking.

ok hmm I bought Me2 CE for 360 but previously bought Da:O for pc which comes with the blood dragon armor promo code and it says (quote)"Offer Good on on any available Gaming system"



. . but i was thinking this a few days ago. . You have to enter the codes on the PC in the Ea/Bioware account. . and the Bioware accounts are not linked to my Gamer tag so how on hell would i get it for the Xbox??? Still dont understand how they say you should do it!
