yes there were pc and 360. Different codes, most peoples problems are theres no where to put in your XBL tag on the website, or change existing codes.

To hell with this! lol I'm tired as hell anyway, so I'll just wait until the moring to mess around with this DLC stuff. I think we have to wait anyway for the DLC to work, so yea...



Also is anyone with the same email adress on their xbox live/ea having the problem? or is it only those without the same email? Because I have the same email and at the redemption screen via the social site it even lists my xbox live gamertag below and my email. But I'm not about to waste my one time code if there is this many problems going on...

i just checked my registered history and it shows dlc for xbox and pc. maybe the 1 code is for both. since your gamertag is linked maybe it just tells the games its unlocks and the game gives you the actual code. just a random thought.

I just got the terminus weapon and armor DLC, make sure you register your game under the GAMES >> MASS EFFECT 2>> REGISTER GAME. reboot your Xbox 360 and it should appear in the main menu of the game under EXTRAS>> DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT.

and I did get the PC download by accident too.



Hope this helps some of you out there

I found a solution to the problem with the DLC. Turn off your console or go to dashboard and reload your game. Go to DLC and terminous gear will appear. yall sgould check ur stuff before whining btw. enjoy ME2

like i said - after you enter the code on masseffect.com and the webpage tells you what you have unlocked then start your Mass Effect 2 game on your xbox - i mean be at the dashboard and start the game so the main menu resets - it worked for me for both my Terminus & Collector's Armor both times after i restarted my system it said "New Item Available" and when i went into Extras-->Downloadable Content BINGO there was my armor to download on my xbox

I registered my game, I rebooted the game and I still don't get any armor. And I still get the message Can't download Ceberus Network but it says it's free.

Is this true?  I hope so, so I can use my Terminus Armor code for the PC version from GS with my 360 CE from Amazon.

Once you redeem your codes on your PC. Go to ME2 menu and your armor should show up in the DLC menu. Download away. Worked fine for me. They should have told us we needed a PC to redeem our codes though.

Here is a quick guide to getting the codes to work on 360.

Go to Profile -> Register Game

Click on the 360 version

Enter the UPC barcode number from your case

Your game is now registered with your name here. Your gamertag should not matter.

The codes work for both 360 and PC. When you start the game after doing the above, you should have them.

the codes worked fine for me....try registering your game and see if it helps...that may be the issue

hey i have the pre oder code and the cerberus network code, and i put both codes in and it gave me 3 downloadable things, but when i go on my xbox 360 there r only 2 downloadable things, crash site n the armor 1,, do i get zaeed te lethal gun man 2 hire with the download for the crash site?????

Somehow that reminds me of the DA:O DLC nightmare... that's why I decided to skip any DLC this time altogether, just not worth the fuss.

i input my code directly from my game and i'm not seeing Zaeed anywhere, i got the Normandy crash site and my Terminus gear but he didnt show up

When you play on the 360, it has you log in to the Cerberus network (EA Servers). From there you should get your content. However, when I try that it says not available, try again later, so I assume you have to beat the first part of the game and what not first. I havent even done my character yet.
