I just beat the main story line, but I haven't even touched the hissing wastes yet. All the crafting stuff in the undercroft are gone, and most of my companions are nowhere to be found. Is crafting more armor and stuff still an option or not?
So no more under croft after the final mission?

Maybe you should travel to a different map and then return to Skyhold to check again? Things can get a bit flaky at times - am quite sure my companions were all there after I beat the game (I had a final chat with them before they clammed up - heh).
