It should be a common sense to state the actual topic of the discussion in the thread title.

 

A good way to do it is by incorporating parentheses in the thread title. For example, this thread's title could be "Why Do People... (About: Misleading and Ambiguous Thread Titles)" or "Why Do People... (Retarded Thread Titles Content)."
