Yes. I go with the medium chests all the time, and find I do tend to receive a decent number of rares and some uniques as compared to the large chests.
I have received 3 rare rings. Just received a common ammulet too, but not belt as of yet.
You will eventually receive some.
dont get your hopes up. i got about the most useless one in the game. increases duration of sleep effect. which is pretty much dependant on having a mic and telling your party "dont attack the ones i just put to sleep you morons" so i havent even skilled into it
Yea, no commons. I got lucky enough to find a purple belt with 10% melee protection, other than that some useless blues. 30% bonus to caltrops, yay.

I found 1 rare belt with +100 health and 1 unique ring that has +20% critical damage. The other rings are rare and of the "+30% duration/dmg" variety, including a 30% duration to dispel... however that works.
Update: scored a unique belt for 30% spirit resistance (medium chest) last night
It took me a while to get accessories as well. They seem to drop pretty infrequently. My first was a unique amulet that gives +50 stamina.

Yarp. "Common" accessories definitely do exist. They're just a lot less common than "rares".

I only dropped 1 ring and 1 belt after 2 weeks and several promotions.
Luck. All there is to it. Only open large chests. Mediums are just more grind overall, the same RNG.
The best ones I have are +50 Stamina neck, +100 health belt, +10 Dexterity and +30% cold resistance. They do exist just takes time to get them
hey guys i play alot of this game, you really need to grind for good gear but in the end its worth it!
i have a rare ring of life steal, re-gen 5% life per kill, a superb amulet of cool down 15% CDR and a superb ring of attack 10% Damage increase
i have many others but they are the 3 item i run on everyone!
Last night I dropped a legendary ring, blue belt, 21 lvl bow (white) and 22 lvl short sword (white, with 2 upgrade slots, 25% armor penetration). Also a blue lvl 20 staff that has 10% chance for 50% weapon damage to cast immolate. And legendary dagger for rogue with 1%hp per hit, 250 dmg only though. I spent around 9k gold, the good stuff dropped from 3 chests one after another. And I got superb fire rune the night before.
Oddily enough, my one handed axe that did 196 dmg + 15 str the game showed to be worse than my sword that did 170 dmg with 25% armor penetration. Added a grip I think that boosted it to 30%.
So which one is better in your opinion? The axe or the sword? Sword lvl 22, axe I think 19 or 20. For Leg/Templar.
Looks like game only cares about lvl of items in comparisons? (the ones on lower left corner of screen, show overall change of characters attributes)
edit: With the items above, you could say I broke the bank yesterday lol Got mostly crap whole 2 weeks, with only 1 legendary lvl 13 staff with 93 dmg with rune.
I have a ton of blue rings and belts, 3 epic belts, 6 or so epic rings and have salvaged a few dupes. 0 amulets above blue though. Now if only I could get a unique staff or dagger above ilvl15....
