I found one, the one with 7 shards and picked them all up. I had to look up where the second one was, and apparently, it's not where it's supposed to be. As you can see in the screenshot, I'm standing on the lower one and where the other one should be there is nothing on the map, nor any shards, yet I'm stuck at 7/13.

Woah, never heard of a bug like this before. Mind going to the spot of where the other one is supposed to be and posting a screenshot of what you see? Without the map.

it would be nice to know where the 2nd ocularum is supposed to be first. I also have the same map above.
