Fereldan tome is a random world drop, usually in the areas in Ferelden, there's no specific place for it. It can randomly drop from enemies or you can loot it from containers(most of them also have a rng loot generator). If you are on the requisition quest in the Mire, that makes it more likely to drop from the undead guys, same with the Fereldan Medallion of service.

There's no need to. The requisition quests are never ending, once you finish one there will be another random one available. They don't give xp, just 100 influence and 1 power. They are there for some influence and power boost.

Currently i'm sitting on over 200 Power Points ...I stopped doing requisition quests when I saw the sheer randomness in what order they are given out and that this was driving me bonkers. I never got the one I most wanted in a zone
There are plenty of quests to give me power and influence so there is no need to do any of them at all. Perhaps at the start of a game yes when you need to open up a war table op but not now when i'm 3/4 of the way through a game play. Only two things now about them that are causing my gamer ocd to act up ...every time I zone in, there's a quest giver mark on my maps and the scout wants to talk to me ...either that or I've got a requisition on my log that I can't complete due to lack of one or two of the required items. I'm learning to deal with this ![]()

Most of them give 200 influence, actually. And that 200 influence is very useful in the early game, to gain access to all the speech options for various conversations throughout the game and to get the maximum experience from codex entries strewn about in areas you might not want to repeat.
Edit: Also the Fereldan Tome is such an annoying drop. I've almost never had it drop for me (maybe one time in 160 hours).

I actually went on and checked. Did several requisition missions and it gave me 100 influence per each.

I'm not sure but at some point I think all they give is the power point. I'm not seeing (+100) showing up next to what I currently have when I do decide to do a requisition quest ...you know when you turn one in and that green Inquisition lvl bar pops on your screen for about 20 secs. It used to show me for example:
2 ...... (+100) 500/3000
but now when I decide to do one of those I see:
12 ............. 7000/13000
which is another reason I stopped doing them. Along with an overabundance of Power that I have no use for and the fact that I gain inquistion exp from quests or rifts in a definite and much higher amount so I see no reason to do requisition quests any more. They are really only useful when you first start the game, yet they are so frustrating in getting what you need for some of them as I already said ![]()

I only do ones involving low tier crafting mats (not herbs) and random drops. You get more than enough power from just questing and taking down rifts.
