Hi tech support. I bought Dragon Age for the computer and Mass Effect 2 for the 360. That's not really the problem. The problem is my gamer tag is associated with a different e-mail than what I used for Dragon Age. How would I go about transfering?

Your EA account needs to be the same as what you used for Dragon Age, otherwise your out of luck

God dammit. The only reason I used a different e-mail was because their damn network kept screwing up and it wouldn't take for some god awful reason.

I wonder if they are going to make good on this stuff for everyone who had problems, or if they are going to have a "Sucks to be you... read the fine print next time." attitude. I don't even know if I have problems yet, because I can't play until after work.

So if you got the Blood Armor successfully in Dragon Age for PS3, and you used the same email for your PSN account as you did with this EA/Mass Effect account AND Xbox LIVE, it should just be there? I'm still unclear on this. Still, that's an awful lot of stars that need to be in alignment for this DLC to work. Seems like a terrible system, highly reminiscent of the craptacular 'Create 3 accounts to play Metal Gear Solid 4 Online' debacle.

Same thing happened to me. EA online community sucks as far as user accounts go.
Looks like customer support can fix the issue though.

When I called Customer Support with the problem of my gamertag not attatched to my EA email, they were very courteous and fixed the problem for me. As a matter of fact, it was through the online chat thing, not a phone call, but nontheless, a very flawless, painless fix. Kudos to them for that!
