There is a requisition quest in the Exalted Plains, requirements are
5 Ring Velvet, 10 Halla Leather
Progress shows 5/5 Ring Velvet 0/10 Halla Leather.
But I have 18 Halla Leathers.
I figured it might be a temporary thing, (sometimes quests trigger later than they should), but that's not the case and someone on the multiplayer voice chat confirmed they also have this bug. So this thread.
Setting up a new camp and resting then checking the requisitions table fixed it.
I have the same problem. In my first playthrough I managed to trigger this quest by finding or buying some halla leather somewhere in the world (I can't remember where, though). Getting it by simply hunting hallas doesn't work. Unfortunately, on my second playthrough I can't find a fix to this bug....
So.... any news on a fix/patch for this bug (also a fix for the SLI issues would be good so i can play 3 monitor surround not just on one monitor)
As all EA games are supposed to be using this engine going forward I think im going to hold fire on buying more EA games until the bargin bin unless these basic issues such as video drivers and Quests working are fixed
I have just discovered that even though you can't turn the quest in at a camp, it's possible to turn in the quest successfully with the quartermaster at your stronghold. Hope this helps.
I just wanted to confirm that both fixes for this quest do work.
1. You can return to any camp in the Exalted Plains and rest (by clicking on a tent), and then you are able to turn in the completed requisition at the table.
2. You can return to Skyhold and turn in the competed requisition at the table near the Quartermaster.
