I get that banter every time I start the game, but I have had the party banter bug on every save. Also almost every time I'm unable to select a reply. I'm fairly confident that might be a scripted banter in the intro that you always hear.

I dont know/remember if I got it the first ever time I played.

Did you go off the main path in the intro the first time you played? It only triggers in a specific location.

I can confirm that there are scripted banter in the beginning. I wasn't happy with how my character looked and went back recreating him a few times, and each time at the exact same location there was banter. Same with my female character.

That's probably it. On my first one I rushed through.

I get lots of banter but you honestly are missing nothing, all they do is argue non stop and its getting boring. I even had the option to join in the banter by telling them to get along, they say sorry and within 5mins off they go arguing again. It's pathetic!

I wish it was just banter I was missing out on music too
