Is the specialisation of the non-PC characters tied to approval? Because all the characters are at level 11, and everyone bar Vivienne and Varric is showing their specialisation on the character menu. Varric I haven't talked to since arriving at the new base because of a certain bug, and Vivienne kinda hates me due to decisions made.
In my previous playthrough, I'd evened out Vivienne's approval by this point, so... is this my game bugging, or has it happened to other people?
