Got the 360 CE version, been able to DL everything else but Zaeed won't show on the list of items to DL.

i followed the instructions for my pre order from gamestop i followed them as they are on the back of the card but i cant find the content anywhere did i make a mistake somewhere ? and the stuff for the cerberus network shows up in the "your registered game promotions" under my profile and says that i have zaeed the crash site and the stuff from my gamestop pre order but i cant find it anywhere to download it  and it doesnt show up anywhere in game ??

You registered your Cerberus activation key on the social site right? That might be the problem.

I registered it and definitely downloaded it on my xbox however instead of zaed i see UNRECOGNIZED ITEM in the user entitlements page.

Alright, did I miss something here or did they provide the PC directions on these damn cards? I put in my Cerberus Network code in the place it says on the back of the card, and when I get on my 360, it doesn't even say I have it...What gives here? Did they not provide proper directions on their codes?

hmm pretty weird i used my redeem code here on the PC and it appeared directly on my xbox 360 gamertag.. . you have to check if the account you redeemed your code with is the one thats linked into your gamrtage issue with having multiple accounts. thats the only thing i can think of that might be wrong with your cerberus network redeem code.

Well, funny thing is about that I typed in my old email, and it still showing up as my current gamertag, since this worked just fine with DAO, but then again, it never said anything about typing this crap on their website on the cards, just to put the codes in when it prompts for it when you start the game...

Yet again, followed the cards directions, came to the site, typed the code in, and I can download them onto my PC, the only issue is, I got the game for the 360, and there wasn't anything writen on the cards saying "when you start up ME2, you'll be asked to put in your redemtion code."

<----Incredibly POd at the moment, and it looks like I can't contact support yet over it...Joy....

Like to add, on the screen it's telling me "Purchased: No" which means I just followed idiotic directions on a card that obviously was just made for PC players, since it says absotultly nothing about 360...

pretty weird man because i redeemed my code on the pc before putting in my 360 copy yes i onw the 360 copy of the game gamertag Firescorpio01 and yes it allowed me to download the content on the pc but well since i dont onw the pc version i didn't and shortly after that i popped my game on the 360 and got prompted with the cerberus thingy but never got asked to redeem the coe it unlcoked automatically.... the registration is probably snsitivbe to wether your code is for a pc or 360 version i want to assume so . . . i might suggest trying to redeem it again on the website?
