i got the Normandy crash site but not the zaeed  or the cerberus network which did not work

Wrong. (God I feel like I'm repeating myself 1614618461 times) It can be redeemed on the website as well as in game. You just have to link your gamertag to your EA account.

I may be retarded here, but I understand there are some free DLCs to get for ME2, including Zaeed. Only, I have no idea where to find them? Zaeed shows up as a news item in the Cerberus Network, but I can't figure out how to get it from there, if it's even possible. The official DLCs listed on this site (under the Games>Mass Effect 2>Official DLC tab) are only the ones you have to pay for (Overlord, Kasumi etc.).

What have I missed? How to I get Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and the rest of the free ones?

Should have explained: I'm on a PC (steam DL). Extras>EA Online Store takes me to the store on this site (http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc) which doesn't list any of the freebies. Any way of knowing if the game installed them on it's own without me knowing?
