When and how do I find Skyhold? I just finished all the Hinterlands (well almost) quests and I have no idea where to look, it's not listed in the War Room.

Just continue the main story, you really can't miss it.

Lol, "how do I find Skyhold". This thread is so adorable xD.

As the person above just said, just advance the main plot. Have you even been to Val Royeaux yet?

Skyhold is akin to getting the Normandy ME1 or 2. The difference is, theres more open world and you could end up not getting there for 20-30 hours if your exploring. While it might seem like awhile before you get it though, its very much just the beginning of the game heh.

The level requirement for heart shall burn is rather high though so you really cant rush the main story to get Skyhold

Ehh its lvl 8. If your in NM, yeah don't rush it at all. If your in normal diff though you can usually deal with stuff a few lvls higher. I tend to get to 8 then start the mission line that results in all that. I usually end up lvl 9-10 when I get to Skyhold just due to 2 main quest events leading to it.

While Mass Effect 1 didn't have those lvl requirements, you did do a tutorial mission, then had a rather large section on the citadel before you ever got to the Normandy. It could take up a few good hours and you'd have some lvls under your belt before the game opened up proper. ME2 was a bit... faster on that front. ME3 even faster. DAI is the slowest its been... or well 'can' be the slowest. Depends how much open world you do and how high you try to push your lvls before continuing the main story to get to Skyhold.

But yes, it's not as easy to just bum-rush it in general compared to last games but its still this games Normandy.
