Sorry if this has been asked before but search dosn't work for me:
To get the Nightmare/Hard mode campaign achievement do you need to do, sub-quests, trash killing and Dragons on this mode or just the Main story line.
For example if I want the Nighmare achievement, is that just for the part to get the main story line quest to update or for the whole time I play until I finish the main story line?
Difficulty has to be set on Nightmare/hard from beginning until you complete the story. Doing side quests doesn't matter. But if you drop difficulty for side quests you'll lose out on the achievement I believe.
If you read the description it will tell you lowering the difficulty is not allowed at any point.
