I think she will probably show up in your DA:I game because of reasons that I really can't go into (I am guessing that you don't want spoilers, so don't ask why).

I have played DA2 but with a different save and I never encountered Flemeth in DAO my first playthrough, but in my Keep, it says I defeated her.
No spoilers, please!
I heard there is a quest that involves Solas, but will I get the quest regardless if I complete Solas' companion quests or not? Do I have to complete Solas' companion quests to see Flemeth??
