ME3MP only has 3 possible skills per character, and some characters you spec out of one

 

no one complained, or if they did i ignored them

 

How do you even think it appropriate to compare the multiplayer of these two games. ME3MP was a primarily a shooter with a focus on gunplay.

Templar is Scottish, no doubt about that. Welsh? Not even close, that's the keeper.

 

And I live on the south west coast, so everyone is northern to me xD
