Summary:
Quarry Quandry can become unfinishable.
Sequence of events/probable replication method:
* I found the note in the quarry implicating Mistress Poulin of collaboration with the Red Templars.
* Then I went back to Skyhold (to talk with Cullen). While there, I discovered that I had a Judgement to perform. I did so - it was Mistress Poulin.
* I then went back to Emprise du Lion - and discovered the Quarry Quandry quest. (say that three times quickly!) Unfortunately, Mistress Poulin was - of course - not there. The quest is unfinishable.
Suggested fix:
Make the Judgement for Mistress Poulin wait until after the Quarry Quandry quest (alliteration!) is complete.
Suggested fix2:
For those of us for whom it's already broken, have the updater check for the presence of the QQ quest. If it's there and Mistress Poulin is already judged, mark the quest completed.
