Do they all have hoards tucked away somewhere or is it just what you find on the body?

It seems at least some of them do, eg that little shrine behind the Hinterlands dragon or the cave that opens beneath the Western Approach dragon, but I haven't gotten to them all.

Got those two also.
Specifically talking about the Crestwood and Exalted Plains ones, I couldn't find any hoard.

No hoards that I could find. Even then ones that do have treasure nearby it isnt anything near as good as what the Dragon itself drops.

The one in Hissing Sands kind of does, just because of what it's guarding, but not really in the sense of it's not its own collected loot.
