hi guys, i've done everything possible and Leliana spoke with me about Josephine and i said i am attracted to her and i love her but there is no option for me to romance when i speak with Josephine. i did all the Heart options on the last occasions and the only main quest remaining is the final quest. it looks like it is bugged or something.

After you talked to Leliana, you should have went back to Josephine and it would have started there.

guys it seems that it has bugged for me, after the talk with Leliana i go to Josephine and talk to her but there is really no option! and i'm not in relationship with any other character, it seems that there is a war table mission and a duel after that but it won't even trigger for me.

I know it sounds silly to ask but are you really sure you aren't in a relationship with any other character? I ask because I ran into something similar last night. I was progressing through Cullen's romance and when I asked him to talk about our relationship he told me, "But I hear you are in a relationship with another. I wouldn't want to start rumors." or something to that effect.guys it seems that it has bugged for me, after the talk with Leliana i go to Josephine and talk to her but there is really no option! and i'm not in relationship with any other character, it seems that there is a war table mission and a duel after that but it won't even trigger for me.
I was baffled because I didn't know I was with anyone else. I did use the heart option a lot but then it dawned on me. Blackwall takes all your nice complements and makes you his woman before you even know it! He was the culprit. I broke up with him and I'm now with Cullen.

Plenty more to come. It's more of a courting though, felt very natural in my opinion. I've done both the Cass romance and Josie, and I think I prefer Josephines. There are a lot more romance scenes/dialogue after the kiss.

no i'm sure of this, because the only options for male inquisitor are Iron Bull, Dorian, Cassandra and Josephine and i can start romance with the three others at this point, but i can't do anything about Josephine, i'm so sure this is bugged because i saw a video and after the talk with Leliana, player went to Josephine and talked with her and a cut scene appeared but that didn't trigger for me!

Having the same issue as the poster. Spoke with Leliana and said I liked Josephine, but no romance option has appeared and I've gone through just about every dialogue option with Josephine. Has this been confirmed as a bug?

Have you tried traveling out of Skyhold and back? I've only had 'the talk' with Leliana once, but it didn't even occur to me to speak to Josephine until I'd been in and out of Skyhold a time or two (I wasn't trying for her, but that was a 'troubled' playthrough in the romance department).

My romance with Josephine worked fine, despite me romancing Cassandra at the same time. Did you dance with Josephine at the Orlesian Ball? I did and it got referenced several more times later in the game.

I had to break up with Josie after Leliana's warning because he was just being nice and planned on being with Cassandra. It was very awkward quite realistic. I felt like a heel.

We danced, and it was referenced. I've also flirted with her, and I felt like my intentions were pretty obvious from my conversation with Leliana. I believe I spoke to Josephine right afterward, but I can't be sure. And I have left Skyhold multiple times, returning to Josephine to no success. Feels like a bug.

That video only shows about half of the romance, there's so much more that they left out. I'm not sure why most of the "full romance" videos do this. There's far more content after the fireside scene.

So, has anyone found a solution? I'm experiencing the same thing, talked to Leliana and all, but Josephine won't talk to me about anything, except for the "Any news?" or something option.

Im not sure if you are trolling or just have no clue. There are exactly 2 very small scenes after the fireside scene and both are linked in the video. Half of the romance? lol

The duel is pretty good, but I kinda wish that it would play a little different based on your class, I think as a dual wield assassin (who uses daggers that are around the same size and shape as rapiers) to kill DRAGONS, I should be wiping the floor with that guy, not just "kinda" holding my own. Though if you dug up dirt on him you can insult him and score a hit.

Piechops, I was too eager to find out the game's ending so I just finished it despite the romance bug, but as soon as a patch comes out or someone finds a fix I will go back, do the romance and then finish the game again. 
Does Bioware at least know that this is an issue?
