So you got

Male British Inquisitor - Harry Hadden-Paton

Female British Inquisitor - Alix Wilton Regan

Male American Inquisitor - Jon Curry

Female American Inquisitor - Sumalee Montano

For me  Alix Wilton Regan was the best, which surprised me a bit, since i wasn't sure after hearing her in ME3. But she has the right balance of passion, emotion and sounding very natural. For me Sumalee Montano and Curry were a bit stiff, and Hadden-Paton seemed to lack emotion in some of the bigger scenes.

English male is my personal favourite, he suits a snarky Inquisitor perfectly.

For my first playthrough I chose the female british voice. It took some getting used to but by the time I had finished the game I had grown to really like the voice. I as worried that she'd sound too much like Traynor but luckily that wasn't the case. There were at best only a handful of scenes where I could hear some Traynor creeping in.

I've now started another playthrough with the male british voice. So far after a few hours I find it to be okay but have to play some more to really get to know it.

What really surprised me abut the voice acting was Krem. I wouldn't in a million years have guessed that Krem was voiced by Jennifer Hale.

For my Dwarf inquisitor Jon Curry is perfect .

For my "female" inquisitor I will  probably choose  Alix Wilton Regan

I chose brit male for my human mage, as he sounded more intellectual, but after 40 hours he's starting to annoy.  He's constantly aloof & cold.  I want to shake him.

Curry only sounds stiff in the beginning.  He becomes, in my opinion, much more emotional and... connected, I guess, to people than Hadden-Patton (who is still excellent).  I think Norwood had it right about the aloof and cold thing.  Might suit a character perfectly, though.

Montano is great for a Qunari, but using her for any of the other three didn't sit well with me.

All four of them have instances where it sounds awkward, you can't avoid that.

Too bad we cant explore these options outside of the default. I really want to have the American voice for my black male inquisitor but I know it will be switched back to British because of that bug in which there is not patch for yet....

British, most characters in the game talk with a accent similar and Ferelden seems based on England.  The America accent just doesn't suit the character at all

I prefer British to American for female inquisitors. American sounds kind of uninterested in the "investigates" and some of the diplomatic options to me.

Haven't tried out the male voices

The American VO seems a lot more authoritative. The English VO seems a little too beta for my liking. Although I haven't heard a great deal of it to be far.

All of them are varied/unique enough you can really assign them to a race/class based on your preference. I have to admit I need a bit of warm up time to Sumalee but as much as I love Alix's VA work, I just laugh and struggle to imagine playing a Qunari female with that voice attached xD I may still do it but I need to explore more of the VA work per actor to get a good feel for it.

I picked the American male voice at the start. I did not like it at all. After awhile, I'm assuming due to a glitch, the game automatically switched to the British male voice. Although I'm American, I find I prefer the voice acting of the British male to the American male. I haven't tried either females yet. I think the American male voice might be good for a dwarf or qunari character, but not my human character.

Honestly, as soon as I met Krem I thought to myself, "why is Jen Hale voicing a guy?" so I checked the wiki and kinda spoiled it for myself. Well, the "reveal" anyway. Her voice is far too recognisable.

I started a female British-voice Inquisitor... and I kept waiting for her to talk about her toothbrush.

Oh Samatha Traynor, I guess what happened to the relays really sent you packing.  Welcome to Thedas!

Sumalee Montano is my favorite.

This. She takes some warming up to and in the beginning of the game can come across as a bit awkward and stiff. But once her 'authority' sets in, she kills it. When she speaks in a room or gives a command I find myself compelled along with the rest of my party to do as she says. The fact I made her an elf is even better.

Edit: as a side note, anyone planning to play through 4 times to hear each performance in full? I feel like I wouldn't be doing my diligence otherwise.
