I'm going to say American female. Sumalee's acting was very nice, in most instances. It was weird to hear at first, since I'm used to Fereldans (and even Free Marchers) being largely English, but after playing the game through with her and Alix Regan respectively, I'm still a little bit more inclined to pick her for my female Inquisitors. I think it's personal preference, and it also depends on what kind of character I'm going for with my Inquisitor.
