Once when I was in the deep roads, I fought a single pot for two days
Couldn't you just step over it?

I think the goal with the pots was a throwback to games like Gauntlet or Golden Axe where there were breakable items that dropped money and loot. Unfortunately, between the slow animations of attacking the pot and picking up the gold, the crappy amount of gold dropped in the first place, and the bug that causes them to respawn (which, even when this is fixed, doesn't address the previous two issues) just makes them feel like a waste of time. I get annoyed when people are trailing behind because they're attacking pots, it gets a vote to kick immediately, I don't care how useful you are.

Are you ****** kidding me. There's easily a small chest or single item draw worth of gold in them every game.

I would rather have loot drops on creatures but also replace all pots with small chests or something.

Man 3 pots are equal to 1 chest so it's worth picking up if you're worried about gold. Vote to kick though? That's some scumbag elitism. Hopefully you don't play on PS3.

Hows this for a suggestion Bioware:
Chests - loot split as is
Vases - loot kept by the looter
Unless you have all of the lvl 23 purples you need, vases = large chests = best chance for better RNG. So for you tough guy 12 year olds running by clear as day vases, off to slay the next enemy before anyone else, instead of spending that extra 5 seconds to loot your share...be thankful to adults like me who will pick up your slack.

I'd be offended but you admitting you're playing on the PS3 just makes me feel bad for you. No worries, you won't see me on there.

No, there's not. I can't speak to Perilous, I don't play on that, but I can finish 2 games of routine/threatening to one of a pug that stops for every pot, and get more gold/exp for the effort. Loot the gold that drops from AoEs and general combat, but don't drag the team behind for that one pot in the distance cuz you just GOT TO HAVE that 10-20 gold. It's not that important, and you're boring me.

So all about you... Good to know. I foolishly labored under the assumption this was a co-op game for almost 3 whole weeks now. Thank the Creators you cleared that up.I'd be offended but you admitting you're playing on the PS3 just makes me feel bad for you. No worries, you won't see me on there.

So you're obviously full of it. Bioware, can we add a forum feature to "ignore content from user" please? I don't want to know this guy.

That requires +20 Dexterity. You can only get that from repeated character promotions. I can't wait till I unlock it.

I have this hilarious image of you feebley trying to hit a pot and failing, then just screaming at pugs who are breaking them.

You guys are going to be so sad when my fix gets in for pots : ) I'm looking forward to posts reminiscing about the good old days when a man was a man, a woman was a woman, and a loot pot made up its own mind about whether or not it was broken. Pepperidge farms remembers.
