So i enchanted my staff with a mastercraft item - cant remember the name - but i believe it to be rather common especially on looted staves. The particular item in question gives the user +20 magic on kill. Fantastic right? Well it would be if it worked.

 

I can kill any number of enemies yet it this effect does not appear as a buff or even simply added to my attributes.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

yea some seem to be bugged. Chain lightning proc on silverite, it procs but the does no damage.
