I am still missing one - Why does Cole throw bread on battlements? Where is the NPC conversation at in Skyhold to find answer? I just found the daggers one and this is the last one.

I can't definitely help you with this, the events I got were: daggers in barrel; plums on windowsill; turnips in fire; cheese and mint stolen from kitchen. I didn't get bread on battlements. I got approval from Cole when I solved the last event of cheese/mint theft so I assume I completed that task. What might help is that I needed to listen to two separate conversations to solve it, rather than the one that all the others had.

I got as far as because you can't see the birds on the ground, then I heard a woman talking about a wounded soldier saying he liked looking at something on the battlements.  But then I did Cole's companion quest, before bringing it up, and the option I picked made them stop happening
