Ah I had one wish I had video.

Had an issue with my security software and the end result was game not loading the world properly sometimes.

So I'm in the place where you craft at the keep and the benches and npcs are gone. Music and sound effect are still going. Suddenly some random female npc pops up and says" this is unusual isn't it". Than silence though her lips keep moving.

Now obviously it was part of a bugged convo but man it was really creepy lol.

I had the weirdest glitch happen to me, I wonder if anyone else experienced this. I killed a human baddie and as he died I picked up the loot, then he woke up again and just started to walk around, but I couldn't attack him. His health bar was green and was just walking around and was no longer hostile towards me. That was such a WTF moment for me.

Sometimes, when you're using Spirit Mark, a glitch can occur when apart from spirit appearing in the place of killed enemy, this enemy's body doesn't disappear - it stand still in an upright position, until you leave the area. 

Seems a bit similar to yours.

I had one yesterday when I was fighting in the desert and the guy was naked (except for maybe some underwear) fighting me with a sword.

I had a moment on my archer where I did my backflip shot ate the EXACT moment when a giant threw a boulder and I got flung across the storm coast

I remember when I went into a cave in The Western Approach that had a little bit of water, my quizzy started moving his arms like he was swimming and I was controlling him like he was floating through the air. It happened again when I went back to a camp :')

Oh, I'm glad I'm not the only one who found Cullen's Haven conversations incredibly distracting due to the Headless Horseman fighters. 

 

Otherwise, haven't taken a screenshot or video, but my favorite is Krem being wholly incapable of sitting in or standing next to his chair in the Skyhold bar. Usually stands on it, arms all crossed.

I have managed to record a few glitches on video, thanks to shadowplay. Nothing game breaking, all of them quite funny. Though I prefer not to spam my videos on forums, as I've already posted them here If you're interested, perhaps you can just search my posts or something.

He did that EVERY TIME WE SPOKE AT HAVEN. I started to take it personally. Am I out of shape, Varric? It's just a double chin, man.

Oh god don't remind me of this! I was scared to death when that abomination (Solas) popped out for a few seconds while checking my inventory.

Had this happen early on in my new playthrough. Good thing about the new consoles is the recording feature... no glitch goes unseen. 

 

 

Tying the jump button to interact causes some minor annoyances for me, but this... this was a great "Evil dead" moment.

If you're leery to click, this happened while talking to Iron Bull about his guys while at Skyhold.  Every time the dialogue wheel flashed back to her, it landed squarely on her chest.  What's funny is that it doesn't seem like a framing issue, since I'm playing a dwarf.

Well played.  What's even funnier is that he's the LI I'm going for in this game.  So yeah, I guess I see where his mind is at.  

 

Those series of questions was the only time that has happened in the game, before or since.  The rest of the conversation seemed to remember that my Cadash's eyes were up here.
