the code is for both the pc and 360 version. when you log into the cerberus network itll have it to dl on the 360 already.

Yeah im in the same boat, I cant get my dragon age code or the terminus stuff to show up. Im so confused right now, i hate this EA linking BS.

I followed the directions, but there is no message on how to get the armor??? What is going on??

Same here. Not only did I do that with the Gamestop code, I did it with the cerberus network code packed in in the game thinking it work the same way. Now I can't use either. Spectacular.

you have to have your gamertag linked to your ea account. mine works fine except for i cant find my blood armor. it may be because i havent used in in dao yet bc my stats arent high enough to use it yet

How do you even check what your e-mail is on the 360? I THINK I registered an e-mail account some time ago but I use two e-mail accounts and I have no idea which one I used. I made the mistake of making another account on this site and everything is completely messed up now and I have no idea how to link my account. Why the hell couldn't they have used the standard redeem code method instead of this ridiculous system.



So have I not only lost out on the armor and the gun but also a new bonus character? I atleast was able to download Cerberus network but does this new bonus character come with the downloading of the network or is it part of the pre-order bonus? Why the hell am I messing around with this crap an hour and a half after getting the game home. I just wanted to throw a few codes in and go...

Not sure if this will help people, but I also got the 'download now' .exe file for the collector's armor and gun on my profile while I have the 360 version. Basically, just go back to 360 dashboard and re-load ME2, and it'll be available under new content. It didn't show up at all until I just re-loaded the game.

I just went to Manage Account and checked Windows Live ID... I used a different email account... DAMMIT. Who ever decided to make this idiotic pre-order system should be fired.

I don't know about the pre-order codes but the Cerberus Network appears to be platform specific. Which should be no big deal as all copies have one.

Try this. Go to eastore.com and log on (should be the same as login for Social Network). Go to My Account then "Add Persona".  You can chose an existing Gamertag and it should link them I think.

Yes it does, go to check the same list of DLC for your cerberus network DLC, and it will be there... I thought the same thing too...

no here is the real thing: when you redeem the code that *was* for the pc the same code unlocks the content for any profile on any console(ps3, xbox, etc.) the armor will be in the list of downloadable content in the cerberus network, put simple, any gamer profile that is linked to your bioware account will have it in the cerberus network.
