Hello! Can I play warrior with shield and dps build? Will it be ok or I should rather take 2h?

Just based off of the Skill Trees it is difficult, but if you take the Battlemaster Skills/Passives along with the S&S Tree then it can work. Just to let you know, the Damage Output is never going to be as high as a 2H Warrior. This is due to the Passives in the Skill Trees and also the DPS on the weapons.
Though yes it can work to a degree.

Haven't tried this yet, but im certain you can. It won't ever do as much damage as 2H though.

Assuming 25 skill points from levels, amulets of power, and perks.
Sword and Shield (5)
- Payback Strike
- Sweet Revenge
- Warrior's Resolve
- Lunge and Slash
- Great Lunge
Battle Master (4)
- Grappling Chain
- Give them the Boot
- Crippling Blows
- Coup De Grace
Two Handed (2)
- Block and Slash
- Flow of Battle
Vanguard (3)
- War Cry
- Gore and Trample
- Cutting Words
Reaver (11)
- Everything
This is +15 strength, +6 Con, +6 Cunning. Medium Armors tend to have the most +Crit chance and damage and their arms and legs are +Cun/Dex so you may be interested in using Silverite to remove class restrictions on the armor and wear high level medium armors. Put willpower, strength, attack, crit chance, and crit damage on your weapons. Useful masterworks are guard on hit (because you will be a squishy warrior) or hidden blades on hit to put out more damage.
You can either bring enemies to you or charge into the thick of things. You want to play with high guard, low health to get the most out of Reaver.

With Reaver it is decent dps. I think a Reaver SnS Warrior will be one of the top "solo nightmare builds" behind Knight Enchanter and Bow Tempest Rogue.
