Is that ancient elven armor you see during the main quest wearable by elven inquisitors?
Is THIS armour in the game?

Does anyone know where Merrill's armor is? I know you can get it from that merchant in the Hissing Wastes but when i went to him...he was not selling it. So where else can I find it or find the schematics for it?

Believe it or not, you get the "Keeper Schematics" from the Highland Ravager Dragon in Emprise De Lion, it's level 23, and is immune to fire damage. Bring your Frosty Finger Mages.
As for the Concept Rogue armor, that looks like the "Coat" Variation to the Prowler armor, those are definitely the Battlemaster Armor (Warrior) gloves, and boots (I believe), and the hood is the Battlemage Hood. You will require Dales Loden wool for the hood (If not a Mage), Silverite for the arms and legs (If not a Warrior), and Snowfluer Skin for the chest piece (If not a Rogue).
And there is a Templar Armor schematic from the Hissing Wastes merchant, but I don't know how it looks on females, I crafted a set. But I'm not currently on my game, Gimme 5-10 minutes and I might have a picture for you.

I dont think helmets, gloves or legs have class restrictions. All helmets I have can be used by all my companions (vitaar's not included). Glove and leg armors are just upgrades that go on your main chest armor, which is the only piece that needs to be modified for class restrictions.
I could be wrong though, I have not tried using different class armors yet.

This is right,
Armour can't be mixed and matched, Heavy armour only takes Heavy armour arms and legs and so on, headgear is not class specific so doesn't need the special T3 mats
The special t3 mats only apply to the central construction part of main armour (and shields but it's pointless for shields as only warriors can actually use them).

Yes it's a version of the Prowler Coat made from Great Bear hide. The hood is a separate schematic.

I have yet to get the battlemage hood. Anyone found it in a set location or is it a RNG? Is there a superior variant?

I believe it's RNG and if I remember correctly it has no superior variant, but on this i'm not 100% certain.

I could also get a shot of the Knight's Divine armor if you need that one too.
Pretty sure I still have it in my inventory on an older play-through.
Actually found one online, so you have probably seen it but meh ![]()

I hear that, really underwhelmed by the mage armour, not what I expected at all.
Not really sure that a trench coat fits within the lore of the game.
