has anyone found the sword, hilt, and/or pommel of the sword seen on the cover and some screenshots?

You can buy the sword from the Val Royeaux merchant, it's called the "Refined Greatsword". Unfortunately it's a Tier 2 and I have looked everywhere for a schematic so I can craft a better one but I guess it doesn't exist.
I have also not found a hilt or pommel like it. Very frustrating, it's my favorite sword in the game.
