I've formatted my PC recently. I backed up my Steam directory and got it back up and running again.

Now, I've got no DLC. It doesn't appear under the Available tab, nor does it appear under the Downloading or Installed tabs. I cannot resume my previous saves as I am losing all the content I previously had (including Shale).

What's up?

edit: forgive me, I missed the FAQ thread with information regarding my issue. I'm taking a look at it now.
