[Carn Dum]

Not as big a bug as the instability issues I and many others are suffering from (still having directx crash on almost every cutscene/wartable...), but very annoying still: I'm someone who like to complete as much of the game as possible. I was quite happy that I did not complete any mosaic collection on my 1st run through the game - apparently some of these pieces were well hidden! So now I completed the Archdemon one on my 2nd run, I go back to Skyhold to take a look and... a piece is still missing. The dwarf Gatsi acknowledges I completed it, the quest tracker does, I can reload the area as many times I want but nothing is helping. Hope this one can get fixed sometime...
