Hi, so I made a new world state last night and tried some radically different changes from my previous world state (e.g. Killing off Leliana to see what would happen to the prologue)... and nothing changed. I know Bioware brought Leliana back in DA2 and it was a major plot hole after DA: Origins in which she was quiet Dead, you didn't "think she was dead..." she was simply Dead. So does that mean that the keep doesn't impact our game in any dramatic ways but instead in little changes? I've already noticed a few AI comments or lore pieces differ from my original world save but nothing really major. Please note I've only finished Champions of the Just and a good number of side quests. Basically, has anyone noticed any major changes based on their Keep choices? Please no major spoilers or notify when spoilers are present.

The biggest one is about your moves during the Landsmeet in Origins: specifically, if you put one of two characters in a certain position. It can involve those two characters showing up quite a bit, and can end with a hard choice to you as a player (perhaps).

Yeah, what Mikka-chan mentioned definitely has the biggest impact on the game. Most of the other options affect how people talk about your Warden/Hawke or what they've been up to lately. Minor stuff.
The only other one I can think of is
