So the armor actually change their look depending on who is wearing it. Although there are only a few variations (e.g. mainly scout and hunter for rogues), but the material used to craft can give different colours and looks. And each one look different on each companion. So who do u think have wore their outfit best?

 

For me, even though I strongly dislike her, Vivi wear any mage outfit best. Any mage outfit looks wonderful on her and Dorian is actually miles behind her. My Mage Sansa looks malnourished all the time and Solas is well... just Solas.

 

For the rouges, Varric and Sera should be ashamed because they lose to a Spirit in dress-sense. Cole wears any rouge outfit best but still lose to Vivi. Sera is malnourished like all the other elves and Varric can only look good in some of the outfits.

 

For the warriors (which has the worst design anyway), Cass manages to wear her outfit best. Iron-Bull is half-naked all the time so I am going to discount him and the vanguard/defender design for Warden is just not good. However, the specialised Heavy Warden Armor looks good on Blackwall.

Vivienne is definitely the best dressed.  I really like Sera's clothes and I actually really like Solas' toned down, wilderness style too.  Really fits his character.

I agree, however his Skyhold outfit is just... hideous. It's funny, because he looks much better in his normal clothes which is basically the same outfit, just with a couple of rags on it.

 

Best- dressed female companion for me is... Sera. I really like this one:
