I may be wrong but it sounds to me that an environment music track exactly like the environment music from The Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning. I have spend a lot of time in Amalur. actually, I'm sure.
btw. I loved the way of new powerfull mage with heavy armor and big swords. a very cool skill system

There's a little bit of [insert any RPG you like here] in Thedas. Which is fine, in a lot of ways it took good bits from all those games and mashed it together.
I have yet to meet a designer who has not played other designers games and borrowed ideas from them. In fact many of them share the same voice actors and have hired people who worked on other games.. For example the voice actor for Fenris is in Skyrim voicing some of the Imperial soldiers.
Many of the games rely on the same general clichés that have been with the field since D & D.
Which is funny because I remember playing amalur, and thinking that while it took a lot of cues from oblivion, there was also some DAO in there. The circle of RPG life?
