Is this a bug that anyone else has experienced? I've talked to Cassandra as much as possible, and I have the quest now to journey to Caer Oswin, but it doesn't appear on my war table.

 

How do I get it to show? It's pat of my journal. I can see it. Just not on the map.

It's not on war table, you have to use the world map which is the map that you get by going into the menus screen. (The one that shows armor, character upgrades etc..) once in map, should be a golden circle east of crest wood/storm coast.
