... cause whoever it is should be fired. seriously, its a huge drawback, not being able to see your characters face. Seriously decreases the drama of the situation. This is one of those stupid decisions that really takes away from a game.

And it doesn't make it any better that you can't switch out your armor on the fly. You have to wait till you get to special stations or end of the mission/

which armor is it? cuz i think in a picture i saw it had the inferno armor with the face hole open, although the picture was of pretty bad quality so idk

Well this is rather disapointing.......

Little stuff like this makes me not want to pre-order exclusive stuff. Honestly  I hope they add a quick patch for this that would be greeat.

WTF Bioware?

Really, how can you make such a blunder, why can't you toggle helmet on or off.
I like all the armors but I want to be able to remove the helmet and see my character.

Like the collector armor, the armor is great the helmet is ugly as hell, so I would just play without helmet.
Thanks Bioware for ruining all armors except the N7.
There goes collector, blood dragon, terminus and probably Cerberus assault.
What's next? The guns don't fire?

Time to patch, me thinks.

I played ME1 without helmet all the time except when in the obvious hazardous environments......

It's not all free stuff.  Some it we paid for by buying a collector's edition.

No, people are upset (and rightly so) that they are either forced to not use any of their bonus content, or not be able to see their characters face in cutscenes and gameplay. This is so mind boggling to me that I can only sum it up with one visual image:

Yeah that is kinda stupid... especially knowing that all the epic cinema craps will be 'in-game' stuff

if you don't see the shepard's face that expresses the desperation, anger, or happiness... you can't see it. BW should make a quick patch on this one

To be fair. The Blood Dragon Armor wouldn't look as good without the helmet.

It completes the effect and reminds me of Cylons from Battlestar Gallactica.



However, not having an option to take it off is stupid. We paid for it, what more do you want?

I don't see why they couldn't implement a system where Helmet is shown during a fire fight but during a cutscene or dialogue situation its removed. Not being able to toggle the helmet really really blows.

when I had a BD armor in DA:O and made my main character equip that, I could not see the facial expression that was rather important in the game (confronting high dragon or charging through the denerim gate) so I changed the helmet to the Helm of Honnoleath which made my character's face visible at my second playthrough... this greatly enhanced the enjoyment of the game... BW sure made the stupid mistake on this one
