If I feel like playing Iron Man (Inferno Armour), I'll damn well BE Iron Man.
That said... eh. I don't really care.

I'm sure the game has more armor in it, just use that and learn not to pre-order just for extra ****. I got the CE out of pure tradition and nothing else.

I imagine they'll patch it or something once the release troubles are dealt with.

I (don't spoil anything for me) plan to use my Terminus for when I got on uncharted planets, etc. Seeing it is environmentally sealed, it make for a perfect space-walk, hostile terrain gear... that, and I do know what my face looks like, so I don't need to see it every 5 mins
Yep this will be the only way I will ever see my exclusive armor now. Because on a main story mission with alot of dialogue I don't want to be a walking emotionless tin can.
This is quite disappointing. Dragon Age got it so right. I didn't care then that every single mage helm in the game was utterly retarded looking because I knew they gave me some beneficial stats, and that it would disappear when it really mattered. Way2go backwards.
It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of the whole game, but it is unfortunate.

Basically if the pre-order armors are treated like all the other armors in the game then I'm totally fine with it, but if with only those ones you are stuck forced to wear helmet, even if you just wanna stroll around the citadel or something, then it becomes a little bit of an issue.
Can someone please clarify for me if they know?
Ta a lot

I just want to get a clarification cause this topic is confusing. . .with the pre-order armor can you toggle your helmet on/off at the station where you can customize/equip armor (like all the other armors in me2) or, is it that with only the pre-order armors you can never toggle your helmet on/off. Full stop?

It looks like you can toggle the normal armours that you get straight away in-game when in sheps room or at other armor customisation screen but you can not just mess about with your armor when you are on a mission so if you head out wearing a helmet you don't know when you will be next able to take it off.
You cant take the helments of ever on any of the pre-order armors: Inferno, Terminus and Collector armors always have the helmet off and if you want to wear this armor you have to have the whole set on?
Thats seems to be the way things sound. Am I right guys?
If im right that that is a really bad idea, not to let you customise these armors that were marketed to be better than the ones in-game that you can actually mess about with.

It's true, trolls do post stupid stuff just to see how many people will respond. Thankfully for trolls, as I am one, stupidity is the only truely unlimited resource in existance.

All of the special armors have a permanent helmet. It really killed an emotional part of the game for me.

...that's not what this topic is about.
I hate people like you. I genuinely hate them. In real life and on the internet. People like you completely wave the point of a post away and replace it by some cheap and simple joke that other simple people fall for. Eventually the whole point of the post can be killed by smartasses like you. You truly hog the intellectual spotlight, my friend.
As for not being able to disable the helmet... that's just bad. I also think it's bad you can't disable any armor's helmet on the go but only at stations. It doesn't add to the realism because it doesn't make sense either way, anyway.
