The code has already been taken though.
I would also like to know what is this exactly.
The wiki definitely misses a piece of information.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's almost certainly a low level item given away for buying the game at a certain retailer or on a certain platform.

I don't really worry about getting that DLC. But as a long-time editor on various gaming wikis, it almost physically hurts me to see a missing piece of info. It's so close, but I still can't fill the gap.
