My favorite Sera banter that doesn't involve any kind of entendre is this one between her and Iron Bull: 

 

Iron Bull: Ok, next time we find some enemies, I'll pick you up and throw you at them.

Sera: What.

Iron Bull: It will work; I loft you over the top, you flank them, mayhem ensues.

Sera: I can't fly, you daft ******!

Iron Bull: But think of the mayhem, Sera! Mayyyyyhemmmmmmm...

 

Loved that one -- made me laugh out loud.  And then when Bull continues that only she and Varric are small enough to throw, but Varric is "too dense", and Sera tells him to lift more weights...

Actually, the fennec entry did that for me - the lore joke with Habren from DAO.  If you talked to the bartenders or Bodahn enough, you got a rumour that Habren (the obnoxious woman in Denerim market) had gone through 50 puppies, and she was always asking her father for more.  The implication was that she'd killed them.

What boss battle did you hear it in, I thought it referred to the broken bridge in Exalted Plains -- or is there another "dwarf toss" reference I haven't yet seen?
