After you meet Hawke and Cassandra goes ape**** at Varric was probably my funniest moment from DAI. Just the whole idea of Varric playing her for the entire of DA2 was hilarious.

Throughout the game I had been dragging Solas around as my expert in all things elven magic and kept getting comments about his sensing artifacts of his people and "the Veil is thin here."

 

Then we're trotting through one of the later explorable areas of the game and Sera calmly announces "the Veil is fat here."

 

I completely lost it.  Fantastic delivery, fantastic line, worth every frustrating conversation with her.

I was in the Exalted Plains, exploring the swampy area when Sera suddenly freaked out about something brushing against her leg. Cassandra laughed.

The scene where Cassandra gets caught reading Varric's book was gold from start to finish...from her shocked yelp and trying to hide the book from the Inquisitor, to "You could make him finish it...COMMAND him to! ...Pretend you don't know this about me."  The subsequent scene, and all their book-related banter afterwards was incredible.

 

The game of Wicked Grace.

Vivienne curtly announcing "Darling, leave that to me" whenever I try to interact with something that requires a mage. I don't know, something about her delivery is just hilarious to me for some reason.

 

Finding a ladder in the Western Approach with a note: "Shall I get you a ladder so you can get off my back?"

 

Sera telling Blackwall she's seen Empress Celene's ass, only to continue "Well, no I haven't. But I drew it once, and someone said it was a good likeness. That was a story about trust."

 

Oh, and her offering to show him how to please the ladies by demonstrating on a peach. "She'll be rrrrrrrripe. Down there."

When Joesphine cheered but then looked shocked after noticing how loud she was. This was when you become the Inquisitor, I found it far too adorable.

When you're fighting the spiders in the Fade and all their names are fears, there's one that's named: "Ironically, Spiders".

 

The ham tasting of despair being brought up several times, to then point when in multiplayer when one character asks: "Did anyone try the ham back at camp?" I immediately started to wonder which class pipes up with the despair comment.

 

But agreed, on the goat, the ladder, the cheese shield, as being all just awesome, the goat even more so.

Dorian after a long conversation with Sera on magic where she keeps making accidental penis jokes involving the word "Tool"...After she does it again he just says "PLEASE...STOP SAYING TOOL"

 

Sera and anyone banter wise is pretty hilarious.

Sera: How long have you been giving Andraste's hairy eyeball?

Cassandra: Andraste's what?

Sera: The sword eye hair thing...Y'know knock knock Inquisition Andraste's hairy eyeball says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"

Cassandra: The eye is rift in fire. The light of the Maker and the flames of Andraste's sacrifice

Sera: Ohhh You need better painters. I just figured she was ginger

Cassandra: She was...

Sera: Well there you go then.

Sera: What's the old Inquisition motto again?

The wicked grace game in the tavern.  I was laughing my ass off during the entire scene.  

The fricking goat.  HAH!

Dorian commenting about the ham tasting of depair.

Cullen's general discomfort at the ball, especially when asked to dance.

Cole's antics around Skyhold and his reasons for them at first.

The "Well, ****..." response that I did during Solas's character quest.  LOL

The chess scene between Dorian and Cullen.

 

And the banter situations are too numerous to count.  There were many moments that had me laughing out loud throughout the game.  I'll give it to Bioware; they know how to do humor.

Also, judging the box - I laughed to tears Plus, Cullen at the war table after that: Since we are being barbaric, why not set her head on a pike? That was a joke - do not ask for her head on a pike! (sigh) You want her head on a pike.

Basically the entire relationship my Trevelyan rogue had with Bull, it's a good part of why it was my favorite DA playthrough ever

 

-when he asked if she's sure about sex with him she was all "yeah sure, right now" and then "pff, do it harder"

 

-being found out by Cullen, Josie and Cass, I found that so funny I lmao outloud thinking about it even days later

 

-discussing what safewords others would pick and joking about a wedding, I think that beat out the above as my fav funny moment

 

-saying she thought the amazing sex they just had was just warm up and Bull sounding exhausted

 

-when having drinks after killing the 1st dragon, Bull saying "I don't get the chance to tell you when we're out there killing monsters but, you got fantastic t!ts" and my Trevelyan being all "d'awwwwww", not super funny but I giggled a bit cause that was honestly adorable imo

I do, but I get the same options as usual. Do I need to progress in the story more? Do i need to finish his red lyrium quest?

This was a bug but it still made me laugh. I was in the middle of a conversation with an NPC and Varric was running around randomly when suddenly he runs straight into my Inquisitor and causes him to bend in half(not joking) like he was trying to do the limbo and my PC kept talking like nothing happened
