Why are some threads unable to reply to? Is there a way to close threads? Or is it something else?

That'd likely be due to a thread lock. Since it seems you can post freely on DA:I Sub-Forums, I'd say that's it.Why are some threads unable to reply to?
If you mean your own, they can be hidden if you so choose. If you mean topics outside your own, that's left for moderators.Is there a way to close threads?
