I'ts almost 2015... come on man, make some decent cloth physics and slap them on in the game. I know what I'm asking is probably difficult and I don't know the process by any means but I refuse to believe its impossible. Cloaks would be a cool accessory item much like belts, necklaces, or rings. I mean there's already animated cloth physics I can see them on Viviene as she hang's out on the balcony in Skyhold. I dunno just a suggestion, if we had mod tools or whatever I'm sure people would make cloak mods for sure on PC.
Please add cloaks as an accessory in future DLC.

Hoods and capes (cloaks) for Rogues! I am with you on that--the darker the color, the better.
