Avaar Chieftain: Exiled to Tevinter with weapons (silly custom with the goat, not really worth the effort to judge, but whatever)
Alexius: Have him researching magic (he wasn't really remorseful, but the whole thing was just tragic, and I thought Felix would have liked to know his father is spared, and I really wanted to take into consideration Dorian's veiled request)
Servis: Made him an agent for the Inquisition (he didn't seem to have any "worship" type of bond with Corypheus, just a sneaky opportunist... plus I find him cute and like his VA
)
Erimond: Gave him to the Wardens (let them deal with this headache since it was their fault in the first place)
Ser Ruth: Told her I can't judge a Warden (no option in game, but I headcannon this as saying that to her as a diplomatic/political move - rebuild the Wardens' image and whatnot - otherwise I would have selected prison for her)
Mistress Poulin: Made her to rebuild the town (she seemed to have had good intentions in an otherwise impossible situation)
Mayor of Crestwood: Prison for life (deserving considering the crime, and no, I don't agree with his justification of it)
Florianne de Chalons: Made her an agent (it's war. resources are not to be easily discarded. and while she is tricky to use, she can be very valuable)
Thom Rainer: Offered him freedom to atone (I really dislike the character after this revelation, but eh, I offer him freedom because he didn't know the family would be there... if that is even true... meh)
Samson: Asigned Cullen to get information out of him (hopefully something good comes out of this - the Dagna research path felt to me less efficient)
