i always get in to fight with Lady Florianne at the end of that mission, so never has chance to spare her, how is it possible?
You have to pick "Talk to her" (or something similar, forget the exact wording); this exposes her publicly before she has a chance to fight and run, and she's arrested on the spot. Basically, the option that says you apprehend her without further bloodshed.
I loved judging the box. My first play through I sentenced it to community service.
Far as I'm concerned, this is the only appropriate sentence for the box.
My first Quizzy's Judgements (male human mage):
Avvar Chieftain sent to Tevinter with arms, diplomatically to aid in defense against the Qunari (agent)
Alexius assigned to magical research (agent)
Mistress Poulin's wealth invested in rebuilding her town
Box of Remains property seized and forfeited to the Inquisition (or the noble knowledge perk option)
Servis ordered as tevinter smuggler (agent)
Erimond executed
Ser Ruth allowed to venture out as a Grey Warden in Inquisition's name, thought KIA
Mayor of Crestwood exiled to the border
Florianne killed at the Winter Palace
Thom Rainier allowed redemption by conscription with the Grey Wardens (continued service with Inquisition)
Samson turned over for Dagna's research
Have high court approval (85 or higher) and then you can expose her crimes publicly to the court. At the end you can choose whether the guards take her away or kill her.
i had it a bit above 90, when i entered to the ball i told Cullen to arrest all of them, did not chose to W8 for her attack
Avaar: Exiled to Tevinter. He wasn't actually trying to attack me, and if the walls of Skyhold are threatened by a goat, we have bigger problems than one pissed off Avvar.
Erimond: I always execute him. There is no forgiveness for what he did. And part of why things are as effed up as they are is that Templars began using the Rite of Tranquility as a punishment - my Inquisitor knows better than to start back down that road again!
Servis: Made an Informant.
Ser Ruth: I told her I could not judge a Warden and let her go. I wish my Inquisitor had the option to say that having to live with her guilt, to live among her fellow Wardens with everyone knowing what she had done, was punishment enough.
Mistress Poulin: Made to rebuild the town. Seemed fairest.
Mayor of Crestwood: I judged him right after Adamant, so I sent him off to the Wardens. They need some new recruits!
Florianne: I am slightly unclear on what precisely I've sentenced her to do, but I think it's farm work. Which seems like more of a punishment for the farmers, really. I definitely did not want her as my jester - a jester's an entertainer and that's only one step away from bard. Also, I read Game of Thrones and I know what happens to Ser Dontos. No way that's happening in my keep.
Tom Rainier: Sent him to the Wardens. Blackwall had pretty much already conscripted him, and I felt like it wasn't my place to interfere. Let the Joining sort it out.

i don't think i had that choice with Mayor of Crestwood for some reason, so i Exiled him
Gereon Alexius: with mage char i made him study magic under guard at SkyHold (But never so him again), with Archer made him server mages at redcliff cause i did not had this option what i had with mage, he was broken man, no danger from him, so i figured i would use him & not give him what he wanted (Death), to easy way out
Erimond: awry time i kill him, he is to crazy fanatic, did not see any other cure for him
i don't think i had that choice with Mayor of Crestwood for some reason, so i Exiled him
You have to complete Here Lies the Abyss in order to get the Warden option. You can complete Crestwood before finishing Here Lies the Abyss, but you basically have to let the mayor languish in prison and not judge him until you come back from Adamant.
I wanted to give the Mayor of Crestwood a full pardon, but the most lenient option is exile.
Reading the various letters gave a pretty clear view of what happened and He did what he had to do in the situation.
The people in the caves were allready turning into ghouls and the darkspawn army was approaching. There was no time to give the poor sods a mercifull death, and leaving them would just bolster the ranks of the darkspawn (or for those not turned, becoming darkspawn snacks). Flooding the caves was the right decision under the circumstances. Plus he is wracked with guilt and if not for his confession, noone would have known.
Poulin on the other hand seems to get far too lenient options. She basically sends her people to the concentration camps and profits from it to boot.
Alexius became my research assistant. He is way too brilliant to waste on anything else. My Inquisitor needs every edge she can in her fight against Coryfish. I'm BFFs with Dorian, so I trust him to nip down there occasionally and make sure Alexius isn't secretly spelling up some world destruction. Also, part of my evil plot to entice Dorian to stay with the Inquisition, because frack Tevinter.
Avaar Chieftan I type 'motherlode' about five times and send him off to Tevinter to wreck mayhem. I don't remember which option I took at the war table mission, but he ends up disappearing deeper into their lands and I never hear about them again.
Erimond rots in my jail cells. I imagine I have Blackwall head down there weekly with reports of how I'm undoing all of Coryfish's work, while he rots, unable to do anything about it.
Florianne guilty of assaulting my nasal passages, and stripped of all titles and valuables to be distributed as Gaspard sees fit. Her jump shot made my life miserable on Nightmare, if I could light her remains on fire, I would.
Mayor of Crestwood is sent back to be judged. Even if his actions saved Crestwood, he still committed mass murder. And even he says "most" of them had the blight. I was done with him after Dorian observed the scratches on the walls from people hysterical to save themselves.
Mistress Poulin gets to bankrupt herself rebuilding the town. I imagine that the townspeople still refuse to forgive her, and she's imprisoned afterwards. Like the mayor, she may have tried her best, but still did a terrible thing.
Samson goes straight to Dagna. Dagna actually creeps me out a bit with her hyper cheery personality combined with her obsession to dissect everything to understand how they work. I imagine Samsons' life (what's left of it) is veeery unpleasant.
Ser Ruth is sent off to probably die while gaining influence for my organization. Guilty consciences make the best agents (to paraphrase M).
Servis becomes my agent. His greed is easily controlled and directed, and I need his contacts.
Thom Rainier is mai tank mang, gets pardoned. The Wardens are a mess, I can get way more use out of him than that box of rocks. The dude can tank dragons, no way I'm letting him rot in some Val Royale prison cell! Sera's combined body count is probably way higher, and she probably doesn't even feel sorry for any Red Jennys that died getting her information. I'd be a hypocrite to let him hang but keep her crazy butt around.
i made Florianne do common work, at farm, i don't think she can manipulate Farmers, she is out of her element & docent know how to make them do what she wants, to bad i cant make her a Warden, i would use that choice if i would have that choice
I think you mean Ser Ruth, who is a Warden. If so, I dunno how you took the special option because I'm not getting that one when I do it. It's just Deep Roads, public humiliation, won't judge a Warden, and imprisonment IIRC.
Lucky.
As for me I sent the Avvar chief to Tevinter as well. He was happy, and so was I. I had Leliana supply him because I want Tevinter on edge.
And when you say Adamant Fade Mage, do you mean Eremond? Why is it that I can't make him tranquil? Is this something you need one of the perks to do?
To make him tranquil, you have to be a mage yourself.
Judgements:
Alexius = magical researcher or death (depends on how I'm feeling)
Mistress Poulin= put to work or death (depends)
Servis = Tevinter smuggler (I like his guts)
Erimond = Tranquil (I have no regrets)
Ser Ruth =Humilition or forced Calling
Mayor of Crestwood =hands to Fereldan or exile
Florianne= community service touring my enemy's houses at night.
Thom Rainier = Inquisition slave or dead
Samson =Studied by Dagna
Calpernia = Reasoned with and let her go
Knight Captian Denam = Let the Templars judge him.
To make him tranquil, you have to be a mage yourself.
Avaar- exiled to Tevinter with weapons.
This was a no brainer. I even sent him supplies later. Damn Tevinter.
Alexius my magical researcher under mage supervision.
The worst of his transgressions never happened in this timeline, but he still has to pay for his crimes, and this way the rest of his life will be in service to the greater good and I can keep an eye on him. Friends close enemies closer.
Servis now my Tevinter smuggler.
while his aid to Corypheous was a serious crime his direct actions aren't as daming as some of our other enemies. Tevinter is a threat so I will take his aid, and there will always be eyes on him. My spies will not let him out of sight, so if he does need to be brought to justice again I can simply reach out and bring him in
Erimond- I executed him
the most vile actions in this game. Corrupting the Grey Wardens. Killing hundreds of mages, Grey Wardens and Inquisition soldiers, tricking the order. And almost handing the world to Corypheous by giving him his demon army. Almost killing me and numerous members of the inquisition. I'm not wasting time and money keeping this man imprisoned. Moreover its too dangerous to keep him alive. I cannot give him the possibility of escape if the Inquisiiton were to fall or I was to die. No he pays for his crimes and dies here!
Ser Ruth- I can't judge a real Grey Warden. She is free to go
Although she is not innocent killing her or jailing her serves no purpose. She will fight against the darkspawn along with what remains of her order and odds are she will die in the Darkspawn mission quest line. Thats how she can best atone for her actions. Yes the Grey Wardens were deceived by Erimond, but they are not free from blame.
Mayor of Crestwood- sent to the Grey Wardens
I only have the mayors testimony to go off of, but I'm slightly inclined to believe him. He saved those he could by sacrificing others and preventing the spread of the blight. However, he made that decision on his own and didn't consult anyone before or tell anyone after. That is incredibly dishonorable which is why he could not be pardoned. Also we only have his word to go on, how do we know all who died had the blight. I was lenient here giving him the benefit of the doubt. The Mayor of Crestwood has an opportunity to atone for his actions with the Wardens. Odds are he will fall in battle in the Grey Warden mission quest line. Thats a better use of his life than sending him into exile or sentencing him to imprisonment. I understand its not a perfectly fair judgement and citizens who lost loved ones to his actions have a right to be upset with the ruling, but I thought ti was the best decision based on all the information I had.
Florianne- made my jester
I almost made her my agent, but in the end I couldn't. Doing one mission for me and being free to go was not worth it. She almost gave Orlaise to Corypheus and brought Tevinter in to the kingdom, not to mention responsible for a good amount of death and distraction. Having her walk free and returning to her upper class comforts is something I couldn't sleep with. She wasn't going to bring me any big fish. just some nobles aligned with Corypheus who probably hadn't done anything to directly aid him yet. Better to keep her close. Friends close and enemies closer. This is like imprisonment, and I can pluck her brain whenever I need to, plus I figure the shame of being a jester might be a little worse than imprisonment.
Thome Rainer- UGGGHHHHHHHH! HE'S STILL IN JAIL. OMG LIKE I'M ALMOST DONE WITHT HE GAME AND THIS HAPPENS.
I'm still conflicted about what to do about him (I'm not the most injured party so doesn't feel like the inquisitor should have the final judgement). He lied to me so he could atone for that but its the Orlesian family he killed and his men he betrayed and sentenced to death. As the Inquisitor, I am/was slightly biased in favor of Blackwall feels wrong to be the final judge. At best I feel like the Inquisition could give character references and appeal to the people about Blackwall's good deeds in hope of sparing his life. I probably would have freed him but the cost is too great. If I use Cullen I kill guards who are just doing their job. If I use Lelianna we have to use underworld contacts and the Inquisition looks corrupt. If I use my love interest Josie, it hurts her reputation and pisses off our allies. Just not sure Blackwall is worth it when I look at all the negatives to the Inquisition, plus we aren't really the injured party here, so can we fairly judge him?
Oh judging the box personally my favorite.
End table for Orphans and all that.
Judging Mistress Poulin now.......hmmm
Old topic: Not sorry for reopening!
Gereon Alexius: Forced to work for the Mages. I felt bad for him, he only wanted to help his son. </3
Have not gotten that far on my qunari character but here is what I plan to do with her (note some have options for when I get there:
Just ideas for what I plan to do really, as I have not gotten that far. Plan is to judge fairly and build the inquisition first.
My first PT [other PT options in brackets]:
Avaar Chief: Armed and exiled to Tevinter
Alexius: executed [in other PTs, worked for mages or under Leliana]
Dead Florianne: Community Service [alive in other PTs, she served the Inquisition]
Ser Ruth: Deep Roads
Erimond: Wardens [in mage PTs, made tranquil]
Crestwood Mayor: Ferelden [executed in other PTs]
Thom Rainier: atone with Inquisition [in current hard and nightmare PTs will be made a GW]
Samson: Questioned by Cullen or Dagna
Mistress Poulin: Rebuild Sahrnia
Servis: Inquisition informant
I did the templar mission once but don't remember how I judged Denam. Maybe I left it to the Templar Order to judge him.
Wish I could have judged more people...I needed more folks that deserved execution

To get that option for Ser Ruth, you have to make the Inquisition a force for the faithful when you are first made Inquisitor and can say what the Inquisition is for.
