In the outside area where the surgeon is, and Cullen is, in Skyhold there are two exclamation marks that I can't seem to find the source for. They don't appear to be on a higher level either, but I could be mistaken. If anyone knows where or what these might be, I'd appreciate it. I'd post a screenshot by I'm playing on Xbox 360. Thanks!

I had the same thing happen, but just one popped up on mine, PS3 version.  I never did find out what it was, and it never went away either.

 

I actually kind of have a theory, I accepted two trainer quests but only finished one, so I wonder if the ! isn't the other trainer quest trying to get me to complete it but I'm unable to.

Leftover markers for specialization trainers i had them leftover in my first playtrough as well.(not sure if its caused by talking to more than one and accepting their quests or is just a general bug that always happens no matter what)
