Has anyone started a list or table compiling how Keep Tapestry tiles impact DA:I?

It would be great to know how each (both major and minor) decision from DA:O and DA:II change DA:I, especially when creating a world state for a second play through.

I know the wiki hasn't started one yet. If no one else has made one, can we start one here?
